FisaCure utilizes a copy of your claim file (ANSI 837, NSF, Proprietary) to identify those claims requiring secondary claim filing. We hold the claims in a database and match them to the exact EOB using line item matching. Once we've made a match we calculate and create a new HCFA-1500 that contains the remaining balance for the secondary payer. We place the HCFA-1500 with the corresponding EOB in a queue so that you can print your collated EOB's and HCFA's and send them off to the payers.
